The location was convenient, within walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. Being near the highway was a bonus. The staff was helpful and excellent. Our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with amenities like a coffee maker and Wi-Fi.

The staff were VERY PLEASANT, and the room was clean with coffee maker and wi fi, for instance. Great and favourable location close to the horse park was a plus. Apart from that, The Pavillion was 10 minutes' drive away.

It was a good choice for our pleasant stay. We booked an exceptionally clean and reasonably spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, for instance.

I had a nice stay in a tidy room with Wi-Fi and a hairdryer, just like I had hoped for. It had everything I needed. The spot was awesome for exploring, close to stores, shops, and a variety of antique shops. 🛍️

Bed was pretty comfortable.
Our 2 night stay was in a room where we couldn't shower or take a bath as it was completely corroded & Broke. We were able to run down to a couple rooms to shower at 11:30 pm as maintenance man never showed up. Complained to staff & requested a discount which feel on deaf ears. Also requested clean towels & no one replaced the used ones. They seemed to be out.

Nothing
They did not have our reservation. But did honor the price. The room was disgusting. There was black and pink mold in the bathroom. Everything was covered in a layer of grime. We had to clean everything and asked for new sheets. Next time, I will pay the extra for a nicer hotel! It was too late in the day to search for another facility. They advertise breakfast. No go. Not even coffee. But by this point, did not want it.

The coffee was good and hot.
The rooms needed painted and the bathroom fans needed repaired and the fixtures need replaced . The side also needs paint and repairs!

It was cheap in comparison to other hotels in the area.
The bed sheets were dirty, had lipstick all over, light bulb burnt out, I had to change it. Cockroach crawled out of my suitcase after the first night.

One level facility- no steps to get to room.
Cleanliness was poor, ants in bathroom sink, smell of room- musty- no fan or AC running when I arrived.

It's right off the interstate and close to all we needed or wanted.
The so called wi-fi is really nonexistent so if you're planning to work or communicate via the internet this isn't the place for you.

There was a big bed and a tolit that worked. Running water.
Carpet was filthy, tub had mold in it could not take a shower it was nasty. Lock on the door was unsafe. If I would have knew that this was not a real Knights inn, would not have booked.
